Comparative Study of TotalEnergies Manufacturing Standard for Induction Bend with Other Relavant Standards
The TotalEnergies UG-TIL-43-SIN 1-720008——Induction Heating Bend Pipe Technical Specification is compared with ISO 15590-1,and relevant domestic bend standards to analyze the differences and difficulties between and among them.The analysis result shows that the TotalEnergies bend specification is more stringent than both relevant dome-stic specifications and the ISO specifications.The former is made based on ISO 15590-1,but includes additional detailed requirements for incoming mother pipe acceptance inspection,manufacturing processes,dimensional inspection,and physical and chemical testing.
