Objective Analysis and discussion of obstetrics and gynecology ultrasound joint inspection methods and image effects.Methods Choose to accept the diagnosis and treatment of obstetrics and gynecology hospital, 4 cases of typical patients respectively for abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound, and the results were compared.Results Transvaginal ultrasound in the normal position, can make the uterus and accessories to get detailed information, but the image window has limitations. Abdominal ultrasound, simple operation, can provide a wide range of vision, to check the patients with bladder should be enough.Conclusions Abdominal ultrasonography and transvaginal ultrasound each has its advantages, and should be combined with intraoperative ultrasound in obstetrics and gynecology clinical comprehensive diagnosis results.
