Clinical comparative analysis of multi-slice spiral CT and X-ray plain film examination in peripheral lung cancer
Objective To investigate clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT and X-ray plain film examination in peripheral lung cancer. Methods 159 patients with peripheral lung cancer were selected in hospital from October 2013 to December 2015, who received multi-slice spiral CT and X-ray plain film examination. Diagnostic value of two methods were compared. Results As comparison of indications, such as leaf sign, lump sign, burr sign, bubble sign, rabbit ear sign, pleural indentation sign, vascular bundle sign, bone metastasis, pleural effusion, cavity, hilar hypertrophy, diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT examination was higher than X-ray plain film examination, while difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT and X-ray plain film examination can be used for clinical diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer. Multi-slice spiral CT examination has higher accuracy.
