Characteristics and significance of atypical pulmonary tuberculosis, nodular or bag piece type of CT images
Objective Summary analysis the CT diagnosis of nodular or bag piece type image data manifestation of atypical pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods Selected from February 2013 to February 2015 in our hospital the pathological diagnosis of 50 cases of patients with lung cancer, and 50 cases of nodular or bag piece type patients with atypical pulmonary tuberculosis, of the two groups were treated by CT imaging performance were analyzed.Results For the portion of CT image Ye Zheng, burr indications, indications, cavitation air-filled bronchi), blood vessels, cluster sign, pleural sag) and enhancement scanning, there exists significant difference observation group and control group (P< 0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusions For nodule or mass model, in the process of using CT in the diagnosis of atypical pulmonary tuberculosis patients should pay attention to the difference and lung cancer. The comprehensive analysis of the various video performance is helpful to improve the diagnosis of atypical pulmonary tuberculosis.
