Application of value analysis of dual-energy CT virtual technology in the evaluation of bone marrow injury to calcium
Objective Explore dual-energy CT virtual to calcium technology application value in the evaluation of bone marrow injury.Methods Extraction from March 2014 to March 2016, xi 'an jiaotong university first affiliated hospital of receiving 31 patients with bone marrow damage, to calcium by MRI and dual-energy CT virtual technology to scan patients.Results CT virtual technology of calcium in femur lower diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value was 74.5% (35/47), 99.3% (139/140), 97.2% (35/36), 92.1% (139/151), upper tibia were 92.3% (60/65), 100.0% (124/124), 100.0% (60/60), 96.1% (124/129).Conclusions Adopts double can be calcium CT virtual technology in the diagnosis of bone marrow injury has higher sensitivity and specificity and has certain popularization value.
