Clinical application of gray-scale contrast-enhanced ultrasound for diagnosis of liver tumor 21 cases
Objective Explore the gray-scale contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of liver tumors in clinical application value. Methods Select our hospital between January 2013 and January 2015, 21 cases of liver cancer patients, using SonoVue contrast agents to gray-scale contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination, and two-dimensional ultrasound and color doppler ultrasonic angiography revealed comparative analysis. Results The gray-scale contrast-enhanced ultrasound accurate qualitative in 19 patients, color doppler flow imaging (cdfi) for 12 cases, conventional ultrasound for 10 cases. Conclusion The second generation contrast agent SonoVue can continue to look inside the lesions of blood flow perfusion status, and principle of enhanced MRI and enhanced CT examination and judgment standard is consistent, in ultrasonic diagnosis of liver cancer patients with a new and practical.
