对于港口铁路散货作业线,装卸作业过程中如货物撒落会污染道床,造成钢轨、扣件加速老化,信号不畅,影响生产安全及效率,同时难以清扫的货物造成货损.在港口铁路散货装卸线上设铺面能够使上述问题得到缓解改善.本文分析几种铺面结构的特点、比较其优缺点,以天津港某铁路散货装卸线铺面改造工程为例,对铺面结构进行技术经济比选,在不同路段进行不同结构的铺设,实施效果达到预期.对类似工程的应用有参考作用.
Pavement Structures Applying to Bulk Freight Loading&Unloading Line in Port
As for the bulk freight loading&unloading line in ports,the goods scattered around while loading&unloading may pollute rail bed,accelerate the aging of steel rails and fasteners,weaken signals,cause production risk,low efficiency and freight loss.The pavement installed on the loading&unloading line is the solution to the above problems.In the case,a comparative analysis is carried out for the merits and demerits of pavement structures.Based on the pavement renovation of a bulk freight loading&unloading line in Tianjin Port,the plans of pavement structure are compared from the aspects of technology and cost.different structures.Several types of pavements apply to different rail sections respectively,which leads to the expected results.The research will serve as a reference for similar projects.
