Key Technologies for High-Precision All-Weather Installation of Permeable Semi-Circular Structure
As a new structure,permeable semi-circular structure was firstly applied in Shanghai marine ecological restoration project due to such advantages as good tilt resistance,less load,short construction period and low cost.Shanghai Lingang Marine Ecological Protection and Restoration Project(Bid section-2)covered key technologies for the installation of approx.4 200 permeable semi-circular structures.By combining on-site situation with the characteristics of semi-circular structure,waterborne installation of crane boat applied here,and numbers of innovations were made,including waterborne positioning technique,design of fixture and lifting point.The above new technologies efficiently achieved the goals for safety and quality,solved the problems occurred in the installation of permeable semi-circular arc section on oyster reef.The research may provide a certain reference for similar projects.
