Comparative Analysis of Construction Cost Levels between Waterway Engineering Quota And Local Construction Quota
Quota can be divided into two categories,namely,industrial quota and local quota.The former applies to coal,electric power,water conservancy,ports and other specific industries,specialized features are focused on but quota level is relatively outdated.The latter applies to local construction works,updates speedily but mainly suits common civil and industrial buildings.The quota for the construction of waterborne structures involving in inland river transportation is compared with Hunan Construction Quota from the aspects of labor,material and machinery,which leads to their characteristics,scope of work,similarities and differences.Based on a stockyard works,one of individual items is selected to calculate the construction cost by using the above two quotas respectively,and then the causes for difference in cost are analyzed,which will provide a reference for pricing and selection of quotas.
