Research on Application of Liquid Nitrogen Condensation in Oil Gas Recycling in Petrochemical Terminals
Condensation is a recycling method that directly transform waste gas into a resource, and can be divided into mechanical condensation and liquid nitrogen condensation. The former is limited by refrigeration mechanism, its high refrigeration temperature cannot meet increasingly strict emission requirements. However, the refrigeration temperature of liquid nitrogen can be lower than-120℃or even up to-180℃,which meets the emission standard well.In the case, multiple plans are compared based on specific engineering practice, including liquid nitrogen condensation+adsorption of activated carbon fiber, mechanical condensation+adsorption of activated carbon fiber, and mechanical condensation+catalytic combustion method. Finally,an oil gas recycling plan based on liquid nitrogen condensation+adsorption of activated carbon fiber is selected,a comprehensive nitrogen utilization plan is proposed by combining the production of nitrogen with the demand for nitrogen in the supporting oil gas depot, which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
