透水结构在大型散货码头中的适宜性应用研究

为了符合国家围填海的政策要求,京唐港区新建2个30 万t级散货泊位需采用透水结构.结合工程位置的建设条件,开展了钢管桩梁板式高桩、灌注桩直桩承台、重力墩式+预应力梁、透水沉箱四种透水结构的适宜性应用研究,并对技术上可行的灌注桩直桩承台方案和透水沉箱方案从技术、经济、施工、运营等方面进行了综合比选,确定最符合项目要求的设计方案.本文关于透水结构的遴选策略和设计思路,可为受限海域类似工程建设提供参考.
Study on Applicability of Permeable Structures to Large Bulk Cargo Terminals
In order to conform to China national sea-reclamation policy,permeable structures are required in the construction of two berths for bulk cargo carriers up to 300000 DWT at Jingtang harbor.Based on local construction conditions,the research is carried out for the applicability of four permeable structures,namely,beam plate structure supported on steel pipe piles,straight cap on cast-in-situ piles,gravity pier plus prestress beams and permeable caissons.Furthermore,straight cap on cast-in-place pile is fully compared with permeable caisson from the aspects of technology,economy,construction and operation,which leads to the most suitable design plan.The above selection strategy can provide a reference for similar projects in restricted sea areas.
