Double Main Hook Overturning and Piling Technology for Waterborne Large Diameter Piles
Aiming at the problem of limited lifting capacity and difficulty in overturning piles of single hook lifting vessels with double main hooks,a construction technology of using double main hooks and double lifting beams to overturn and erect large weight single piles is proposed. One main hook adopts a vertical cable, with the lifting point located on the main lifting ear in the upper middle of the pile body, and the other main hook adopts a forked cable, with the lifting points located on the main lifting ear and the auxiliary lifting ear at the bottom of the pile, respectively.Through the asynchronous lifting and lowering of the two main hooks, the pile body is tilted and the bottom of the pile is lifted to the sea bottom. Then, through the conversion of the forked cable to the vertical cable, the two main hooks are used to flip the pile and erect the pile; The lifting force of the double main hooks during the process of flipping and erecting piles was calculated and analyzed. This construction technology has been successfully applied in the Huaneng Shantou Lemen offshore wind power project, which has the characteristics of construction safety and high efficiency.
