Analysis and Evaluation of Engineering Geological Problems in Waterway Slope Collapse Area
The stability of bank slope is crucial to the overall quality of waterway projects,the navigation safety,even the life and property safety of residents.Therefore,local engineering geology needs to be investigated before starting the regulating work.Based on the bank slope collapse area of a waterway regulating project,the geological investigation was carried out,including the exploration at the rear edge,middle part and external side wall of the bank slope collapse area.The existing engineering geological problems were initially determined,the causes were analyzed,and the measures were proposed.The researches may provide ideas and technical basis for similar projects.
