在施工过程中,施工人员常根据牛顿力学原理来计算选择吊装作业过程中所需的钢丝绳直径以及破断拉力,此方法忽略了钢丝绳与组装吊索的部分特性参数,造成所选钢丝绳直径与破断拉力无法满足安全吊装施工作业,从而引发安全事故.本文通过实例计算,对比分析了常规钢丝绳选型计算方法与规范钢丝绳选型计算方法的不同之处,并借助MATLAB GUI开发了根据规范钢丝绳选型计算方法的钢丝绳选型计算程序,提高了钢丝绳选型的工作效率的同时降低了施工安全风险.
Development of calculation program for wire rope type selection based on MATLAB GUI
In the construction process,the construction personnel often calculate and select the wire rope diameter and breaking force required in the hoisting operation according to the Newton mechanics principle.This method ignores some characteristic parameters of the wire rope and the assembled sling,resulting in the selected wire rope diameter and breaking force unable to meet the safe hoisting construction operation,thus causing safety accidents.Through example calculation,this paper compares and analyzes the differences between the conventional steel wire rope selection calculation method and the standard steel wire rope selection calculation method,and develops the steel wire rope selection calculation program according to the standard steel wire rope selection calculation method with the help of Matlab GUI,which improves the work efficiency of steel wire rope selection and reduces the construction safety risk.
