Study on Wave Load Characteristics of Permeable Shore Approach Structure
Local and overall wave physical model tests were carried out to study the change in wave field distribution and the load characteristics of permeable shore approach after the implementation of the permeable north shore approach plan of Dalian Bay subsea tunnel, which involved in the test of horizontal and vertical wave forces acting on the tunnel structure with holes at the bottom under different water levels and wave combinations. The experimental results show that the maximum horizontal force and the maximum uplift force do not appear simultaneously, the horizontal force is mostly related to the incident wave height, the wave height of the uplift force is only one of the influencing parameters, meanwhile, the change in water level is an important factor. At present, the research on the stress acting on similar structures is not yet started in China, the relevant research results are beneficial to the analysis of the subject, and provide the design of this new-style structure with supporting data.
