港口熏蒸作业尾气排放及净化技术探讨

港口熏蒸作业的主要熏蒸剂有磷化氢、溴甲烷和硫酰氟,熏蒸完成后,残余的熏蒸尾气目前均直接散气排放至大气中,对周边的人群及环境造成了严重影响.目前国内对于熏蒸气体的排放标准及净化技术的相关规范较少或不明确,无法有效指导熏蒸尾气的净化处理工作.文章通过对国内外熏蒸气体的排放标准进行了分析研究,提出了各种熏蒸气体的排放标准浓度.熏蒸气体的净化技术主要有吸附法、吸收法、燃烧法、冷凝法、生物降解法、等离子体法等,港口熏蒸尾气的特点为浓度低,排放量小,根据此特点,文章提出了对磷化氢和溴甲烷气体采用吸附法的处理工艺,对硫酰氟采用碱液吸收法的处理工艺.
Discussion on Emission and Purification of Exhaust Gas after Port Fumigation
The main fumigants adopted in ports include phosphine,methyl bromide and sulfuryl fluoride.The residual fumigants are directly discharged into the atmosphere,which has serious influence on local people and environment.At present,a few standards cover the emission and purification techniques of fumigants in China,which cannot effectively guide the purification treatment of fumigants.Based on the analysis and research of the emission standards of fumigants in China and abroad,the standard for the emission concentration of various fumigants are proposed.The purification techniques mainly include adhering,absorption,burning,condensation,biodegradation and plasma method.the residual fumigants in ports are characterized with low concentration and small emission volume.In the case,The above adhering method can be used to treat the residual phosphine and methyl bromide,and the alkali absorption method applies to sulfuryl fluoride.
