装配式高桩码头结构特征与建造技术研究

针对装配式高桩码头的结构优势与技术先进性,从基本构造、数字化设计技术、施工关键技术和工程造价等方面开展与传统高桩码头结构形式的对比研究,论证了装配式高桩码头的主要结构特征和技术经济优势.研究结果表明:装配式高桩码头结构通过预制横梁、预制板梁等主要构件,使得预制混凝土的占比从传统结构的30%提升至近80%;装配式高桩码头的模块化结构适合采用基于数字化技术的正向设计,并可以实现自动化出图和快速计算功能,码头结构设计效率大幅提升;装配式高桩码头结构的横梁采用预制空腔法与桩芯型钢进行嵌套施工,板梁单元基于横梁进行单侧定位并导向安装,有效提高了结构的整体性和施工效率;装配式高桩码头结构与传统高桩码头结构相比,钢筋混凝土制造单价下降约33%,工程总造价能降低约20%,具有显著经济效益.
Research on Structural Characteristics and Construction Technologies of Piles Wharf Assembled with Prefabricated Units
In view of the advantage in the structure and the technical advancement of the assemble piled wharf,a comparative study was carried out from the aspects of basic structure,digital design,key construction technology and project cost,which verified the main structural characteristics,technical and economic advantages of the assembled wharf in comparison with the traditional piled wharf.The research results show that the proportion of the prefabricated concrete units such as the prefabricated crossbeams and slab beams reaches nearly 80%in comparison with 30%of the traditional structure.The forward design based on digital technologies applies to the module structure of the assemble piled wharf,which supports the automated drawing and high-speed calculation function,greatly raises the efficiency of the wharf structure design.The crossbeams of the assembled piled wharf are constructed by using the prefabricated cavity method and the steel section as pile core.The sheet beams require single-sided positioning and guided installation based on the crossbeams,which effectively improves the structure integrity and construction efficiency.Compared with the traditional piled wharf,the unit price of the assembled RC structure decreases by approx.33%,and the total engineering cost can be reduced by about 20%,which leads to significant economic results.
