针对储煤筒仓内部封闭、光线不足等复杂环境造成传统方法难以实现对耐磨衬板病害检测的问题,本文采用三维激光扫描技术对黄骅港储煤筒仓内部耐磨衬板病害情况进行了检测与评估.通过三维激光扫描技术完成了对筒仓内部结构的三维模型构建,介绍了点云数据处理流程、数据分析方法,结合三维模型云图和灰度影像图实现了对衬板脱落、磨损等病害情况的识别与分析,验证了三维激光扫描技术在储煤筒仓耐磨衬板病害检测中的可行性和有效性,为储煤筒仓的维护和修复提供了依据.
Application of 3D laser scanning technology in the detection of wear resistant lining plate defects in coal storage silos
In response to the complex environment of closed interior and insufficient light in coal storage silos,which makes it difficult for traditional methods to detect the damage of wear-resistant lining plates,this article uses 3D laser scanning technology to detect and evaluate the damage of wear-resistant lining plate inside the coal storage silo at Huanghua Port.The three-dimensional model construction of the internal structure of the silo was completed using 3D laser scanning technology.The point cloud data processing process and data analysis methods were introduced.By combining three-dimensional model cloud images and grayscale image images,the identification and analysis of diseases such as lining plate detachment and wear were achieved.The feasibility and effectiveness of 3D laser scanning technology in the detection of wear-resistant lining plate defects in coal storage silos were verified,providing a basis for the maintenance and repair of silos.
