港口大型物流仓库层高及层数设计要点

在如今沿海港区土地资源愈发紧缺的形势下,在港区范围内建造大型物流立体货架仓库是节约土地资源并能够最大化利用土地的有效手段.物流立体货架仓库的建设规模是由多种因素决定的,其中仓库层高及层数的确定是至关重要的因素.本文结合对已设计建成的工程实例的对比,综合物流工艺、货架布局及尺寸、垂直交通组织以及消防设计等多方面因素,对仓库层高及层数提出较合理的设计数据.结论为层高约为8.00 m,层数不大于三层,高度控制在24.0 m以下的多层物流立体货架仓库在工艺、消防、使用功能、施工及工程造价等各方面均较为经济合理.
Key Points of Design for Floor Height and Number of Large Logistics Warehouses in Ports
Due to the shortage of coastal land resources,to build large logistics warehouses with vertical shelves is an effective way to maximize the land resources within the range of harbors.The construction scale of logistics warehouses with vertical shelves is determined by various factors,among which the floor heights and number of the warehouses are the most crucial factors.By comparing the completed projects,combining with logistics technology,shelf layout and size,vertical traffic organization and fire protection design,the reasonable design data on the floor height and number of the warehouses are put forward,that is,a multi-floor logistics warehouse with the floor height of about 8.00 m,no more than three floors,and the total height of 24.0 m or less in terms of technology,fire protection,functions,construction and cost.
