Research on anti-collision fitting of shiploader chute based on FMCW Radar
Aiming at the problem that the range value of FMCW radar echo exceeds the threshold value after the radar cross-section filtering, this paper completed the anti-collision fitting research of shiploader chute. In this paper, eight ARS 408-21 millimeter wave radars are used to form the longitudinal and forward detection areas. The target distance and velocity data are collected in a measurement cycle. The illegal echo is filtered by the status bits of the radar return data, and the mutation over the threshold distance value is corrected by linear regression fitting. It is concluded that, compared with the traditional anti-collision method of microwave radar and encoder, the anti-collision fitting method proposed in this paper can improve the radar resolution and angle measurement accuracy in the complex industrial scene and Doppler fuzzy situation, and can resist the clutter interference. It can filter out the illegal echo through the various status bits of the radar return data, which is more important It can effectively protect the chute of ship loader and its platform.
