Stability Analysis of Hoisting Prefabricated Blocks and Discussion on Transportation Process
Based on the vertical quay wall and service boat wharf of a LNG receiving terminal,the transportation technology of trackless flat truck for gravity prefabricated blocks was studied,including the stress analysis and calculation in view of the stability issue existing in the transportation process of the prefabricated blocks,which ensured the stability of the blocks in the hoisting and transportation process as well as a safe operation.Self-developed trackless flat car was used to handle the prefabricated blocks from a shipping dock to a barge,which reduced the process of lifting blocks,ensured the construction quality,improved the working efficiency,shortened the construction period,decreased the construction risks,achieved significant social and economic benefits.Thus the above process is worthy of promotion and application,and serves as a reference for similar projects.
