Application of new bucket foundation in Yangshan Deepwater Port in Shanghai
Based on the work ship dock in the Xiao Yangshan North operation area of the Yangshan Deepwater Port in Shanghai,corresponding technical countermeasures were developed to address the construction difficulties of difficult positioning,poor stability,and high accuracy.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the new bucket foundation structure,a new bucket foundation construction process and a visual positioning and control system were proposed.The key construction processes of the new bucket foundation structure,such as air flotation,barge discharge,towing and positioning,as well as sinking,were systematically explained.The engineering application shows that the construction of the bucket foundation structure in this project is precise and accurate,demonstrating the maturity,safety,and efficiency of the technology,and achieving the first successful application of the new bucket foundation structure in offshore gravity docks..
