新型水气分离真空预压软基处理技术分析

当前真空预压软基处理工艺中使用传统射流泵数量在一定程度上造成处理区域内对设备的维护工作繁琐、现场用电安全风险大、设备用电成本高等一系列问题.本文提出了新型水气分离真空预压软基处理技术,在高真空状态及重力作用下实现水汽分离、连续排水,通过合理布置抽真空装置,降低机械成本,保证了抽真空效果可解决传统施工工艺在大面积软基处理中存在的问题,在高真空状态及重力作用下实现水汽分离、连续排水,通过合理布置抽真空装置,降低机械成本的同时保证了抽真空效果,并产生了较大的经济效益.
Analysis of New Soft Base Improvement Technology Based on Water-Vapor Separation Vacuum Preloading
The number of the traditional jet pumps used in the current vacuum preloading of soft base will cause a series of problems,such as a complicated process of equipment maintenance,high risk of on-site power consumption and high power consumption cost.In the case,a new soft base improvement technology was proposed,namely,water-vapor separation vacuum preloading,which realized water-vapor separation and continuous drainage under high vacuum state and gravity.A reasonable layout of vacuum equipment and the reduction in the cost of machinery ensured the vacuum effect,solved the problems existing in the traditional process applying to a large area of soft base,separated water and vapor,achieved continuous drainage under the high vacuum state and gravity.The above research is of greater economic benefit.
