Risk Control of General Contracting of Automated Container Terminal Project
By analyzing the characteristics,general contracting mode,the execution risks and the countermeasures of automated container terminal EPC projects,based on a general contracting project of automated terminal by Zhenhua Heavy Industry(Group)Company Limited,a detailed analysis was carried out for the risk range and characteristics in the general contracting process of automated container terminal,which led to the specific countermeasures.The above risks were defined as the risks encountered by the general contractor of port machinery,that is,the risks of single port machinery turned to the systematic risks of general contracting of automated terminal facilities.By dealing with all kinds of risks in the general contracting of automated container terminal,the experience in project risk control and disposal was accumulated,which assisted Chinese heavy equipment manufacturing enterprises such as Chinese general contractors of port machinery in going abroad.The exploration of the way to prevent,control and dispose general contracting risks is of great significance for China heavy industry stepping into global market.
