强漏失地层塑性混凝土防渗墙关键技术研究

混凝土防渗墙是水利水电工程、市政工程较为常见的一种地下连续墙,具有防渗性能好、结构耐久性高、能适用于各种复杂地质等优点,但是在海上抛石堤中应用防渗墙防止冷热水循环并不多见.本文重点从强漏失地质条件下的施工工艺质量控制和塑性混凝土工作性能方面研究塑性混凝土防渗墙施工关键技术,解决了防渗墙在强漏失地层易漏浆、两侧水压不均衡易塌孔、塑性混凝土工作性能不能满足设计及施工要求的难题,给类似工程提供了经验,具有较高的推广价值.
Research on key technologies of plastic concrete anti-seepage wall in severe geology of soil loss
Concrete anti-seepage wall is a relatively common underground diaphragm wall often used in municipal engineering works.It has the advantages of good anti-seepage performance,and they are highly durable in structure and adpable to various complex geology.However,both at home and abroad,the anti-seepage wall is rarely used in the base of rubble mound embankment to prevent the circulation of the heated water and cooling water.In reference with the project in construction,taking into account the characteristics of the anti-seepage wall constructed for Xudapu Nuclear Power Plant in Liaoning,the present paper elaborates accentually on the key techniques in the construction of the anti-seepage wall in the geologic condition with severe soil loss,especially in the aspect of the work quality control and the performance of the plastic concrete,The emergence of the technique has helped solving the problems of soil claps in the drillng holes due to the soil loss and the unbalanced water pressure between two sides of the wall.The the measures taken for solving the problems has provided references for the with similar projects and has high value in practical application.
