锁扣管板桩陆上沉桩定位架设计与应用

本文针对C9锁扣管板桩陆上沉桩定位,设计了一种高效精准的工具.采用了定位桩、抱箍及滑轮三重限位,实现了沉桩作业的高精度和高效率.本文结合印度尼西亚锦江码头项目通过实地施工案例验证了该设计方案的可行性,所有施工参数均达到了方案的预期,证明了三重限位的定位架在要求精度较高的陆上沉桩施工作业中具有很高的实用价值,本次试验的成功也为今后的沉桩施工提供了数据支撑.
Design and application of the positioning frame for onshore driving of tubular sheet piles with locking rims
This article proposes a new pile-sinking positioning frame designed for driving of tubular sheet piles with locking rims.This design adopts three limits:positioning piles,grasping hoops and pulleys to achieve high precision and efficiency in pile sinking operations.This article cites the example of Indonesian Jinjiang Wharf project to verify the high reliability and practicality of the design scheme through field tests and application cases,proving that it has high practical value and broad application prospects in onshore piling operations.This study not only provides strong theoretical support and practical guidance for the further development of onshore pile positioning technology,but also provides new ideas and methods for research and application in related fields.
