为满足工程消浪、施工便捷、外观等多项要求,提高海上抛石堤护面工程质量,以辽宁徐大堡核电厂海工工程标段一四脚空心方块安装施工为例,通过分析四脚空心块安装控制要点及难点,提出垫层石理坡质量及精度控制、设计专用分体式液压钳、优化四脚空心方块安装工艺及安装顺序等技术措施,解决了四脚空心方块安装效率低、高差大、缝宽不一、横纵线型不顺直等问题,提高了施工效率及安装质量,具有较高的适用性和先进性,可为类似项目提供技术借鉴和参考.
Brief Analysis on installation Accuracy of Detrapod Blocks Used in Marine Works
In order to meet many requirements such as wave energy absorption,easy installation,appealing appearance,and the improvement of the work quality of placement of offshore riprap armor blocks known as tetrapod hollow blocks,analyses have been made on the critical and difficult points in the installation work of the blocks used in marine work for the Xudabao Nuclear Power Station,located in Liaoning Province.,stone throw embankment project at sea,take the installation of the construction of Based on these analyses,technical measures have been proposed to control the quality and accuracy of the tetrapod blocks,and to optimize the patens and sequences of the installation of the blocks,thereby having solved the problems such as misalignment and unscrupulous gaps between the blocks.lines have improved construction efficiency and installation quality.The method proposed is highly applicable technically advanced and can serve as technical reference for similar works.
