Spiral CT Three-dimensional Reconstruction Technology Assisted Percutaneous Nephrolithotripsy in the Treatment of Complex Kidney Stones and Analysis of Postoperative Complications
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of percutaneous nephrolithotripsy(PCNL)assisted by Siemens 64-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology in the treatment of complex kidney stones and its impact on postoperative complications. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 102 patients with complex kidney stones admitted between January 2019 and January 2.023.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=51,receiving only PCNL)and an observation group(n=51,receiving PCNL assisted by Siemens 64-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology). Results:Compared with the operation time of the control group(119.52±25.85 min),the operation time of the observation group(78.96±17.23 min)was significantly reduced(P<0.001).Compared with the intraoperative blood loss of the control group(115.25±18.74 mL),.the intraoperative blood loss of the observation group(85.65±12.36 mL)was significantly reduced(P<0.001).The one-time puncture success rate and stone clearance rate in the observation group were 100%and 96.08%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of kidney injury molecule-1(KIM-1),cystatin C(Cys-C),and neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin(NGAL)increased at 24 h and 72 h postoperatively in both groups, with the observation group showing significantly higher levels than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Spiral CT scanning technology assisting PCNL in the treatment of complex kidney stones significantly improves surgical efficiency and stone clearance rate, reduces intraoperative blood loss and postoperative complication rates, and has a minimal impact on renal function. It has clinical application and promotion value.
