磁共振成像在预测局部晚期食管癌根治性放化疗效果中的研究进展

根治性同步放化疗是治疗局部晚期不可手术切除食管癌的标准方案,但由于肿瘤异质性等原因,并非所有患者都能从中受益.近年来,弥散加权成像(diffusion-weighted imaging,DWI)、动态对比增强MRI(dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI,DCE-MRI)、血氧水平依赖性功能磁共振成像技术(blood oxygen level dependent-functional MRI,BOLD-fMRI)等功能磁共振成像技术,以及磁共振影像组学均取得了快速发展.这些技术可以早期预测食管癌患者的放化疗反应.本文对磁共振成像技术在预测局部晚期食管癌根治性放化疗效果方面的研究进展进行了综述,并展望了其未来发展方向.
Predictive Role of MRI in Locally Advanced Esophageal Cancer for Curative Radiochemotherapy:a Review of Research Progress
Radical concurrent chemoradiotherapy is the standard treatment for locally advanced unresectable esophageal carcinoma.However,not all patients benefit from it due to tumor heterogeneity and other factors.In recent years,functional magnetic resonance imaging techniques such as diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI),dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI(DCE-MRI),and blood oxygen level dependent-functional MRI(BOLD-f MRI),as well as magnetic resonance radiomics,have made rapid progress.These techniques can predict the radiochemotherapy response of esophageal cancer patients early on.This article reviews the research progress of magnetic resonance imaging technology in predicting the effect of radical radiotherapy and chemotherapy for locally advanced esophageal cancer and looks forward to its future development direction.
