Effects of Different Groundwater Depths on Saline Soil Evaporation
Laboratory soil column evaporation experiments were conducted to study the influences of soil salt movement on soil evaporation under different groundwater depths of 50 cm,70 cm,and 90 cm,respectively. The results showed that:①the differences existed under different groundwater depths, and the shallower groundwater depth, the higher soil moisture content.②With the evaporation time, average evaporation rates were reduced from 5.8 mm/d,5.6 mm/d,5.6 mm/d to 3.5 rnm/d,2.6 mm/d,2.2 mm/d,respectively.With the increase of groundwater depth, both evaporation rate and soil evaporation decreased.
