摘要
目的 了解江西省加油站职工的职业健康及个人防护用品使用现状.方法 采用整群随机抽样法,对江西省范围内的共444座加油站,每座加油站随机抽取1～2人进行问卷调查.结果 调查对象防护工作服、手套、胶鞋、口罩的穿戴率依次为95.69％、40.72％、50.94％和11.58％,个人防护用品完整穿戴率为10.39％;临床症状出现率前五位依次为:皮肤干燥129人(27.22％)、多梦110人(23.20％)、失眠89人(18.78％)、口干74人(15.61％)、头痛57人(12.03％);不同性别人群临床症状出现率差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 加油站职工长期接触低浓度汽油及苯系物,个人防护用品使用率低可能导致不同程度的健康损害,应采取措施改变加油站职工不良作业行为,加强职业健康监护.
Abstract
Objective To understand the status of occupational health and personal protective equipment use of gas station workers in Jiangxi province.Methods Cluster random sampling was performed in 444 Sinopec gas stations of Jiangxi Province,and questionnaire investigation was performed for 1 ～ 2 workers on their health related condition in each gas station.Results The proportion of workers wearing protection overalls,gloves,galoshes and masks were 95.69％,40.72％,50.94％ and 11.58％,respectively.The proportion of those completely and properly wearing personal protection overalls was only 10.39％.The top five clinical symptoms were xeroderma (27.22％),dreaminess(23.20％),insomnia (18.78％),xerostomia(15.61％),cephalalgia (12.03％),The rate difference of symptoms between different genders were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusions Continuous exposure to low concentration of gasoline and benzene (series-) products,and low rate of personal protection equipment use among gas station workers may lead to health damage at different degrees.Measures should be taken to change the workers' unhealthy working behavior,and occupational health surveillance should be further strengthened.
