肥胖是机体能量调控失衡的重要表现,它的并发症会给机体带来不可修复的损害.从分子水平寻找肥胖的致病机理,才能从根本上避免这些不可逆转并发症的发生.延伸突触结合蛋白(extended synaptotagmins,E-Syts)是与内质网(endoplasmic reticulum,ER)和细胞膜(plasma membrane,PM)连接形成有关的蛋白.因发现时间不久,存在极大的探索空间.但就已确定的结构在分子水平发挥的作用来看,与肥胖的发病机制存在不可忽视的联系.此文从下丘脑其结构入手,搜寻这种联系的文献证据,期待为预防肥胖的发生及降低其患病率找到新的研究角度.
Study on the relationship between hypothalamus extended synaptotagmins and energy balance regulation
Obesity is an important manifestation of the imbalance of energy regulation,and its complications can cause ir-reparable damage to the body.Finding the pathogenesis of obesity at the molecular level can help fundamentally avoid these irreversible complications.Extended synaptotagmins(E-Syts)are proteins related to the formation of endoplasmic reticulum(ER)and plasma membrane(PM).Because of the short discovery time,there is huge room for exploration.In terms of the role of the established structure of E-Syts at the molecular level,it has a non-negligible link with the pathogenesis of obesi-ty.Starting with the structure of hypothalamus,this paper reviews the literature evidence of this connection,hoping to find a new research angle for reducing the incidence of obesity.
