韩国公共艺术制度的发展及其存在的问题

摘要
本文阐述了韩国公共艺术制度——建筑物艺术作品制度的发展历程,分析了这一制度存在的问题,指出了目前所面临的许多矛盾和问题的根源在于该制度的实施方式是否符合其出台时提出的"通过艺术增进公共利益"的宗旨,并阐释了"选择性基金制度"的推出如何作为建筑物艺术作品制度的一种补充和选择,完善韩国公共艺术制度的建设.
Abstract
This paper expounds on the development process of the South Korean public art system,the architectural art works system,and analyzes the problems existing in this system.It points out that the root of many contradictions and problems lies in whether the implementation of the system is in line with the purpose of"promoting the public interest through art"when it was introduced and explains how the introduction of the"selective fund system"can be used as a supplement and alternative to improve the construction of the South Korean public art system.
