摘要

有别于陈列在美术馆等相对封闭空间的艺术作品,公共艺术可以被解读为在公共空间内兼具"艺术性"与"公共性"的艺术作品."公共性"原则使得决策者的考量、艺术家的创作、宣传者的推广及公众的参与四个要素,贯穿于公共艺术作品从无到有的各个阶段,进而激活了公共艺术作为提升全民审美素养之重要的社会美育平台.本文提出,公共艺术在其公共性原则基础上,基于决策者—艺术家—宣传者—受众四大要素的合力,构建了一个和谐完善的社会美育体系,由此而充分发挥社会美育的普及作用.

Abstract

Compared with the art works displayed in the relatively closed space such as art museums,public art could be interpreted as the art works with both"artistry"and"publicity"in the public space.The principle of"publicity"enables the consideration of decision-makers,the creation of artists,the promotion of propagandists and the participation of the public to be involved throughout all stages of public art works,thus activating public art as an important social aesthetic education platform to improve the aesthetic quality of the public.Therefore,this paper proposes that public art should build a harmonious and perfect social aesthetic education system on the basis of its publicity principle,based on the joint force of the four elements of decision-makers,artists,propagandists and public,so as to give full play to the popularization role of social aesthetic education.
