摘要

建立了离子色谱法测定土壤中水溶性氯离子.方法检出限为 0.05 mg/kg,线性相关系数r>0.999,精密度(RSD,n =6)为 0.8%~3.6%,实际样品测定样品加标回收率在97.0%~103%.实验结果表明:该方法准确可靠、灵敏度好、操作简便,适用于土壤中水溶性氯离子的分析测定.

Abstract

An ion chromatography method was developed for the determination of water-soluble chloride ions in soil.The limit of detection was 0.05 mg/kg,the linear correlation coefficient r>0.999 the precision(RSD,n = 6)was 0.8%~3.6%,and the recoveries of actual samples were 97.0%~103%.The experimental results show that the method is accurate,reliable,sensitive and easy to operate,and is suitable for the determination of water-soluble chloride ions in soil.
