Determination of Chloride in Soil by Ion Chromatography
An ion chromatography method was developed for the determination of water-soluble chloride ions in soil.The limit of detection was 0.05 mg/kg,the linear correlation coefficient r>0.999 the precision(RSD,n = 6)was 0.8%～3.6%,and the recoveries of actual samples were 97.0%～103%.The experimental results show that the method is accurate,reliable,sensitive and easy to operate,and is suitable for the determination of water-soluble chloride ions in soil.
