Influencing Factors and Optimization of Spectrophotometric Determination of Soil Cation Exchange Capacity
The blank value of the sample, soil pH value, extraction method and organic matter content are the important fac-tors affecting the determination of cationic exchange capacity of soil by extraction of Cohexammine trichloride by spectropho-tometry.In this paper, the difference of the measured results was obtained by comparing the methods of influencing factors, and the detection process was optimized to provide the method basis for the detection of cation exchange capacity in soil.
