碳酸氢钠浸提法测定石灰性土壤有效磷中温度影响的探讨

摘要
通过对显色温度和浸提温度的影响进行探讨,建立了碳酸氢钠浸提法测定石灰性土壤中有效磷的含量的方法.在最优实验条件下对土壤中有效磷进行浸提和显色反应,测得标准曲线相关系数 0.999 4,实验室内相对标准偏差在3.5%~7.8%,有证标准样品测定结果均在保证值范围内.实验结果表明:该方法操作简便、灵敏度高、精密度准确度均较好,实验条件优化后的方法适用于石灰性土壤中有效磷的快速测定.
Abstract
A method for determining the content of available phosphorus in calcareous soil using sodium bicarbonate extraction method was established by optimizing the conditions of color development temperature and extraction temperature.Under the optimal experimental conditions,the correlation coefficient of the standard curve was 0.999 4,the relative standard deviation of this method was rates ranged from3.5%~7.8%.The results showed that the method was simple,sensitive and accurate.The optimized method was suitable for rapid determination of available phosphorus in calcareous soil.
