Determination of 12 Aniline Compounds in Soil by Liquid Chromatography-Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometry
This research studies the optimization of pretreatment methods and standard curve configuration of 12 aniline com-pounds in soil via ultrasonic extraction, liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry, confirmed the pre-treat-ment conditions such as ultrasonic extraction, centrifugation and concentration, method feasibility was verified by actual sam-ples determination. The results show that by conducting the optimized sample pretreatment methods and standard curve config-uration,the correlation coefficient of compound are higher than 0.999,except for 2,4-dimethylaniline and p-Nitroaniline cor-relation coefficients are greater than 0.995.The detection limits of 12 aniline compounds were 1~4 μg/kg,the relative stand-ard deviations of low, medium, and high blank spiked samples were 1.5%~7.3%,and the recoveries were 76.2%~110%.The method has clear conditions, simple operation, and can improve the accuracy and efficiency of soil sample detection.
