摘要

建立了吹扫捕集/气相色谱-原子荧光光谱仪测定固体废物浸出液中烷基汞的分析方法.固废样品经硫酸硝酸-翻转振荡法浸提,二氯甲烷/水萃取与反萃取,四丙基硼化钠衍生后,进入全自动烷基汞分析仪测定甲基汞和乙基汞.结果表明:甲基汞和乙基汞的检出限均为0.9 ng/L.空白样品的精密度分析,甲基汞和乙基汞的相对标准偏差分别为5.2%~8.4%,2.9%~6.2%.取固废实际样品准确度分析,甲基汞和乙基汞的加标回收率分别为84.0%~90.0%,81.0%~85.1%.该方法操作简单、检出限低、准确度高,适合大批量固体废物浸出液中烷基汞的测定.

Abstract

An analytical method for the use of purge trap/GC-atomic fluorescence spectrometer for the determination of alkyl mercury in solid waste extract was established.Solid waste samples by sulfate nitrate-flip oscillation method,methyl chloride/water extraction and reverse extraction,tetrapropyl sodium boride derivative,into the automatic alkyl mercury analyzer to de-termine methyl mercury and ethyl mercury.The results showed that the detection limit of both methyl mercury and ethyl mer-cury was 0.9 ng/L.Precision analysis of blank samples,the relative standard deviation of methyl mercury and ethyl mercury was 5.2%~8.4%and 2.9%~6.2%,respectively.According to the accuracy of solid waste,the recovery rate of methyl mercury and ethyl mercury was 84.0%~90.0%and 81.0%~85.1%respectively.This method is simple to operate,with low detection limit and high accuracy,and is suitable for the determination of alkyl mercury in large quantities of solid waste leaching solution.
