新疆一般工业固体废物产生、利用处置现状及变化趋势研究

摘要
随着工业的快速发展,一般固体废物日益增多,为了提高固废治理水平应在不同区域采取差异化的固废治理方案,统筹推进一般工业固体废物"减量化、资源化、无害化".本文基于新疆 2016-2023 年生态环境统计数据,分析了全区及14 个地(州、市)一般工业固体废物的产生、利用处置现状及变化趋势,摸清了一般工业固体废物的时空分布特征,为不同区域制定科学合理的固体废物管理措施提供技术支撑.
Abstract
With the rapid development of industry,the amount of general solid waste is increasing.In order to improve the solid waste treatment level,it is necessary to adopt differentiated solid waste treatment programs in different regions,and pro-mote the"reduction,resource utilization,and harmless"of general industrial solid waste.Based on the ecological and environ-mental statistical data of Xinjiang from 2016 to 2023,this paper analyzed the current situation and changing trend of the pro-duction,utilization and disposal of general industrial solid waste in Xinjiang and 14 prefectures(prefectures and cities),fully understood the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of general industrial solid waste in different regions,and provid-ed technical support for the formulation of scientific and reasonable solid waste management measures in different regions.
