Mobilization and Integration:the CPC's Model of the Labour Movement in Shanghai(1921-1927)
After the founding of the Communist Party of China in 1921,special attention was paid to leading and launching the labour movement.Through the political mobilization of grass-roots workers in Shanghai,the CPC realized its power intervention.In terms of the realization path,the CPC is committed to building and strengthening the class consciousness of workers,integrating and arming workers'organizations,strengthening the leadership of the Party in the labour movement,and promoting the politicization of workers,thus forming the early model of the labour movement of the CPC in Shanghai.In this process,the Shanghai working class showed strong organizational power and revolutionary tension.
