In the digital age,the development of information technology has made labor disconnected from the temporal and spatial limitations of the workplace.The inability of labor to disconnect from work has become a worldwide problem.In order to check and balance the abuse of employers'power in the information age,to protect workers'rights to rest,health,privacy and peace of mind,and to improve their work efficiency,more and more countries have granted workers the right to disconnect.It is also necessary for China to analyze the necessity of incorporating the right to disconnect into the law in the light of its national conditions,and to build a localized legal system for the right to disconnect,based on a comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of right to disconnect in other countries.
