新时代上海职工队伍发展变化趋势研究——基于2017年与2022年两次大调查的比较分析

只有劳动才能开创未来,建设中国式现代化要充分激发人民群众的积极性,吸引他们主动参与劳动,成为现代化建设的主体力量.为了更好地了解党的十八大以来职工队伍发展变化情况,本文利用2017年和2022年上海职工队伍调查数据,构建评价体系并采用主成分分析法降维和测算指标权重.评价结果显示,新时代的劳动者不仅仅将职业作为谋生的手段,而且将其视为提升生活品质、实现自我价值的重要载体.休息休假、技能提升、民主权利、社会保障、理想信念应成为今后职工队伍建设的工作重点.
Research on the Development and Change Trends of Shanghai's Workforce in the New Era:A Comparative Analysis Based on Two Major Surveys in 2017 and 2022
Only labor can create the future.The construction of Chinese path to modernization should fully stimulate the enthusiasm of the people and attract them to actively participate in labor and become the main force of modernization.In order to better understand the development and changes of the workforce since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,using the data of the Shanghai workforce survey in 2017 and 2022,this paper constructs an evaluation system and employs principal component analysis to downgrade and measure the weights of the indicators.The evaluation results show that in the new era,the workers do not only regard their profession as a means of livelihood,but also as an important carrier for improving their quality of life and realizing their self-value.Rest and vacation,skill improvement,democratic rights,social security,and ideals and beliefs should be the focus of future workforce construction.
