Reform of Vietnam's Trade Union System under the Background of CPTPP and Its Implications
In order to smoothly join the CPTPP,Vietnam has reformed its Labor Law and trade union system to comply with the standards and requirements of the CPTPP regarding the labor system.Its reform measures mainly include establishing diversified grassroots labor representative organizations and improving the collective bargaining system.China's labor law and trade union system share similarities with Vietnam in terms of trade union organizational structure and approval of establishment.Therefore,in the context of the CPTPP,how to learn from the experience and lessons of Vietnam's reform,and adhere to the leadership of the Party to improve the labor and trade union legal system that is in line with China's national conditions,is an important issue that urgently needs to be addressed in China's labor field.
