摘要
中国工会具有自身的独特性,不能简单地套用西方工会理论模式对其进行评判,而必须回到中国工会经验本身进行理论分析或概括.考虑到中国工会体制的独特性,在对中国工会经验进行理论分析时,必须结合结构-制度分析与行动—机制分析.否则,要么只见树木不见森林,无法理解工会具体行动背后的深层原因;要么只见森林不见树木,无法理解工会是如何实现其行动目标的.
Abstract
Chinese trade unions have their own uniqueness and cannot simply apply Western trade union theory models for evaluation or guidance.Instead,it is necessary to return to the Chinese trade union experience itself for theoretical analysis or generalization.Considering the characteristics of the Chinese trade union system,when analyzing the experience of Chinese trade unions,it is necessary to combine structural institutional analysis and action mechanism analysis.Otherwise,either we only see the trees and not the forest,and cannot understand the underlying reasons behind the specific actions of the union;Either you only see the forest without the trees,and cannot understand how the union achieves its goals.
