于2012-2013年春夏季进行野外调查,并查阅国家与地方植物志文献资料,以及中国科学院植物研究所植物标本馆(PE)、中国科学院新疆生态与地理研究所标本馆(XJBI)、新疆农业大学动植物标本馆(XJAU)、兰州大学植物标本室(LZU)、西北农林科技大学植物标本馆(WUK)等馆藏腊叶标本,获取了蒙古沙拐枣(Calligonum mongolicum)的地理分布数据.并采用Arc GIS 10.0地理绘图软件,绘制蒙古沙拐枣的资源分布图,为深入研究和开发蒙古沙拐枣种质资源提供了必要的植物学基础数据.结果表明:①蒙古沙拐枣最东在内蒙古的锡林郭勒盟二连浩特市(112.4°E),最西在新疆的奎屯至精河五台(83.7°E),最大东西经度之差约为28.7°;最北在新疆的阿勒泰巴里巴盖乡(47.5°N),最南在青海的诺木洪(36.2°N),最大南北纬度之差约为11.3°.②蒙古沙拐枣凭证标本所得地理分布范围与植物志记载存在较大差异,其原因可能是蒙古沙拐枣分布范围的扩张或新分布地的发现;也可能存在标本鉴定中的失误,将其与相似种塔里木沙拐枣混淆.
Geographic Distribution of Calligonum mongolicum
Calligonum mongolicum is our country's most widely distributed plants,and has extensive application value,so it's extremely important to survey and research the specific distribution.The detailed distribution and botanical data form the indispensable scientific basis for exploration and conservation of germplasm resources,such as herbarium of institute of botany,Chinese Academy of Sciences,herbarium of Xinjiang Institute of Ecology and Geography,Chinese Academy of Sciences,animal and plant herbarium of Xinjiang Agricultural University,Lanzhou University herbaria,herbarium of Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University and so on.After carrying out the investigations in the field from 2012 to 2013,and checking the Floras of country and region,and the specimens preserved in herbaria,the detailed geographic distribution data (including the distribution map) and botanical data of C.mongolicum are provided here for a comprehensive understanding C.mongolicum,further research and development of C.mongolicum genetic resources.This is the first report of the detailed distribution of C.mongolicum.The research results suggest that,① C.mongolicum eastern most can reach the Erenhot of Xilingol league in Inner Mongolia (112.4°E),western most can reach someplace on the way from Kuitun to Jinghe (83.7°E)in Xinjiang,the biggest difference of the east and west longitude is 28.7°,and C.mongolicum northern most can reach the Balibagai of Altai(47.5° N),southern most can reach the Nuomuhong of Qinghai Province (36.2° N),the biggest difference of the north and south latitude is 28.7°.② There are large differences between the distributions of C.mongolicum,getting from voucher specimens and the flora records.The reasons may be that expansion of the C.mongolicum or new discovery of the C.mongolicum distribution,and possible errors of specimen identification,confused with similar specie-C.roborowskii.
