摘要

以狗尾草种子为材料,研究高温(45℃)、相对湿度(50%、60%、70%、80%)处理对种子发芽及幼苗胚芽鞘生长的影响,为揭示狗尾草成功占据休耕地提供依据.研究表明:在50%、60%和70%湿度条件下,老化lld的种子萌发率最高,说明增加湿度可有效解除狗尾草种子休眠.在4个湿度下老化lld的狗尾草种子萌发率变异系数降至最低,死亡率最高,休眠率则呈现由低变高的趋势,表明种子出苗整齐程度和诱导进入次生休眠受高湿条件的影响.老化湿度对胚芽鞘生长影响不明显.

Abstract

The seeds of Setaria viridis were taken as the experimental material to investigate the effects of high humidity treatments (50%,60%,70% and 80%) on the seed germination and coleoptile growth of seedlings under high temperature (45 ℃) so as to provide the evidence why S.viridis plants can successfully occupy fallow.The results showed that there was the highest seed germination rate when the aging time wasfor 11 days and the values of relative humidity were 50%,60% and 70% respectively.Which revealed that the seed dormancy could be effectively relieved by increasing relative humidity.Under the 4 humidity treatments when the aging time was for 11 days,the variable coefficient of the seed germination rate of S.viridis could be dropped to the lowest,the morality rate was the highest,and the dormancy rate was in a trend from low value to a high one.Which showed that the seedling tidy degree and the induced secondary dormancy were affected by high humidity.The effect of high humidity on the coleoptile growth was not obvious.
