不同结构尼龙网防风效应的风洞模拟

为对比不同结构尼龙网不同风速下的防风效应,开展对均匀型(A)、上密下疏型(B)、上疏下密型(C)3种不同结构尼龙网在6m·s-1、9m·s-1、12 m·s-1指示风速下的风洞模拟试验.通过对不同结构尼龙网各风速下加速率等值线图和防风效能的对比分析,结果表明:①3种结构尼龙网风场存在相似性但差异明显.B型尼龙网风影区下部存在加速区,A、C型则不存在;C型风影区中心位置较低.②A、C型尼龙网防风效应随风速增大而降低,B型则相反.③测量范围内C型尼龙网防风效应明显优于A、B型.实际应用中应综合考虑沙障结构、风况等因素,尼龙网栅栏的布设建议选用上疏下密型结构.
Wind Tunnel Simulation of Wind Protection Effects of Nylon Nets with Different Structures
In order to reveal the wind-protecting effect of nylon nets with different structures under different wind speeds,a wind tunnel simulation was conducted under the wind speed of 6 m · s-1,9 m · s-1 and 12 m · s-1 for three kinds of nylon nets including the uniform nylon net A,dense upper-porosity and sparse lower-porosity nylon net B,and sparse upper-porosity and dense lower-porosity nylon net C respectively.Through comparative analysis of acceleration rate contour lines and wind protection effects of nylon net fences with different structures under different wind speeds,the results are as follows:① There were the similarities among the wind fields of three kinds of nylon nets with different structures,but the differences were apparent.There were the wind-accelerated regions at the lower part of wind shadow area of nylon net B,but not at that of nylon net A and C;the central position of wind shadow area of nylon net C was low;② The wind-protecting effect of nylon net A and C was decreased with the increase of wind speed,but that of nylon net B was on the contrary;③ The wind-protecting effect of nylon net C was obviously better than that of nylon net A and B.Wind speed and nylon net structure should be considered in the layout of nylon net fence in practice,and the nylon net fence with sparse upper-porosity and dense lower-porosity was recommended.
