Guangzhou Transportation Hub Planning Based on Urban Development Strategy
As the cooperation among Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau increases, Guanghzou needs to reinforce its eastern transportation infrastructures for convenient accessibility. Its urban space can also be integrated by comprehensive public service center development. Xintang town in eastern Guangzhou has privileged location, and it is a conjunction of five railways. With Zengcheng economic platform, Xintang raised a six-theme "global, commercial, ecological, convenient, comprehensive, feasible" vision to develop a transportation hub and service center in eastern Guangzhou. It will become an integral part of Guangzhou gate areas.
