Property Right Reorganization And Spatial Remolding: Guangzhou Old City Renovation From Land Property Right Viewpoint
Property land reorganization is a definition and arrangement of land institution on land use rights.It has important influence on city morphology.Many western countries have had a set of planning management,building control and inspection and approval system for property land.China's land property right land is undergoing reorganization due to socio-economic transition and is impacting city morphology evolution.The paper takes Guangzhou old city as an example,analyzes the character of different property land and city morphology,and raises adjustment strategies for better city morphology development.
